I’m a BAFTA-winning television production executive with over 25 years’ experience developing and delivering ambitious, high-profile slates across the UK, US and internationally. 

I began my career in comedy in Dublin, working with Dara O’Briain, before moving into senior production roles at the BBC, Sky, All3Media, and later Netflix. At Netflix I oversaw global documentary slates across UCAN, EMEA and APAC, working with creative teams around the world to deliver premium factual content at scale.

Prior to joining Samphire, I was SVP of Production at Fulwell Productions, where I led complex transatlantic productions and guided the company through a major merger with SpringHill, overseeing a diverse and high-profile slate. 

I’m known for calm, clear leadership in fast-moving environments, a strong instinct for creative talent, and a deep commitment to training and development - having designed and scaled multiple production training initiatives at Netflix that were rolled out internationally. 

Equally at home across factual, documentaries and entertainment, my credits range from Louis Theroux to Strictly Come Dancing and global Netflix originals such as Tinder Swindler and Tiger King.
